Terms and Conditions of Trade
Orders

All orders are subject to the
availability of the ordered stock.

If for any reason Australian Plant
Wholesalers being unable to supply the client order within a
reasonable period of request for delivery, or due to circumstances
beyond it's control (eg. Plant death due to an act of God or normal
horticultural risks) the client will be notified immediately and
alternative supply arrangements made.
Pricing

All goods are charged at prices
ruling at date of delivery.

All goods are subject to the current
GST. rate of 10%.
Delivery
-
24 hrs minimum notice, during normal
office hours, is required for all deliveries.

Metropolitan deliveries of orders
exceeding $300 will be delivered free of charge during normal working
hours. Orders under $300 will attract a delivery fee of $50.

Country orders will be delivered to a
nominated transport carrier located in the metropolitan area.

If delivery is to a nominated
transport carrier, the goods are at the customers own risk from the
time of acceptance by the carrier. Claims relating to any damages
should be addressed with the courier.

Goods requested to be delivered to an
unattended site are delivered at the customers own risk.

Kerbside delivery only.
Cash and Carry
-
Cash and Carry discount is offered to
all Trade and Wholesale customers.

20% Cash & Carry discount on all
plant stock selected and taken from Trademarts.

Discount does NOT apply to specials,
hardware or giftware items.

Trade ID Card must be shown at time
of purchase to receive discount.
-
All stock purchased needs to be taken
and paid for on the day. No holding of stock.

Trade ID cards are supplied on
approval.
Pick Ups
-
Pick ups strictly by pre arrangement
from Lullfitz Nursery Trademart outlets only.
-
At least 24hrs notice, during normal
office hours, is needed for all pre arranged pick ups.

Pick ups can be made from Lullfitz
Nursery Oakford and Wanneroo betweeen 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to
Saturday.
Credit Claims
-
No claim for loss, damage or
shortages will be recognised unless lodged at the time of delivery.

Goods can only be accepted for return
upon notification to Australian Plant Wholesalers twenty four (24)
hours from receipt of delivery.

Any goods returned will be credited
to the client account at the price stated on the original invoice.

No credit claims can be made for
plants purchased through Cash and Carry outlets.
